All products purchased from Grand Amplification are accompanied by a 10-day evaluation period, from the date of delivery not ship date. If buyer chooses to return an item within the 10-day evaluation time frame, the buyer will receive a refund less all-shipping charges incurred if returned in new condition. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping and any damage that may occur upon return.

Grand Amplification has the right to refuse refunds and exchanges after the 10-day evaluation period. Custom Color ordered product is non-returnable.
